Asda/Cannock Chase

PMP were appointed to advise ASDA on the development of a new superstore in Cannock, which involved the relocation, and re-provision of open space and playing pitches elsewhere in the borough. We undertook a playing pitch and open space strategy on behalf of ASDA to assist in the submission of their planning application in order to provide a robust evidence base. The application went to a public inquiry and PMP presented evidence on behalf of ASDA. The outcome of the inquiry was successful in favour of ASDA.
